It seems that you are doing it with a kind of conspiracy of the situation, in which case it probably can not completely refute all when you consider that the conspiracy to find cracks or Excel places where there is no evidence one way or another .
I have developed no knowledge of microwave equipment, to lead avalanches, but microwave sensors designed to detect movement in the snow ... This power is too low to melt something, though. (Except: just google "micro" and "Avalanche" is a lot of hits on a piece of technology that has a cascading avalanche of power and has to give nothing to do with snow!)
